Annual Entrepreneurs Summer School

Business Start-Up at Leeds Met runs an annual fast-track residential course that will help you to produce a business plan. During the week-long course you’ll learn about generating ideas and the business concept, analysing the market, promoting your business, sales and cashflow forecasting and raising money from banks and venture capitalists.

At the end of the week you’ll have an outline business plan for your venture. The course costs £900 and runs from 11-15 July, 2005.

Free Business Planning Workshops for Hertfordshire

If you're looking for a little extra help to write a business plan, Exemplas is running a series of 1-day Business Planning Workshops. The workshop promises to help you assess the resources your business will need and will show you how to create a business plan for yourself.

The workshops cost £195 with regular dates in the Hertfordshire area through until March 2005. European funding means the workshop is free for individuals and companies employing less than 50 people based in Hertfordshire.
